Using Windows Live Writer On G-Blogs
You can use Windows Live Writer On G-Blogs 2.0. The new platform of G-Blogs, WordPress, is compatible with numerous blog writer softwares. Although Live Writer is designed for use for Windows Live Spaces, it can also work with other platforms. I personally like Live Writer because its free and is easy to use. Among its features are:
Multiple Blog Management. You can manage multiple blogs for different sites or multiple blogs within an account (2.0 supports multiple blog creation within an account).
‘Live’ Preview. You can see how your post will look like before you publish it in real time.
Advanced Editing Tools. Includes an inline spell checker, HTML editing, table insertion, among others not present in the web blog writer.
Publishing Options. Manage keywords and categories, post authoring, post scheduling and other tools for publishing.
Another neat feature I found is that it you can drag and drop your images in the application and it automatically resizes (this can be configured if you want to keep the original resolution) and creates thumbnails for the image before uploading it, via your blog’s media gallery or FTP (if you have configured one), like the screencaps in this post. You can even add image effects like sepia or overlay watermarks.
Okay now that we know what it has, lets get your G-Blogs working for Live Writer!!

2. After installation is complete run the program. Following the splash screen you will see the writer.
